



The film will give an overview of the TNK-BP joint venture and its part in BP’s global business strategy. TNK–BP employs almost 100,000 people and in production terms is about two thirds the size of BP’s non-Russian operations. The venture has been hugely successful in its first two years, consolidating BP’s position as the leading international oil company in Russia.
Initially aimed at an internal audience the motivational film will highlight the growing business opportunities for BP employees in Russia and give an insight into placement opportunities for both Russian colleagues in the U.K. and vice-versa.
Shot entirely on location in Moscow and the UK the film will first be shown in early May at a conference in Canada followed by a roll out to BP global internal audiences and selected external prospective partners.
