The video aims to inform Members and other local government employees about what the changes to the Code could mean for them as well as reinforcing the first principles of the original code. Building on the success of the previous films, in particular the award-winning drama 'Investigations and Hearings: Going Local' the film once again uses a mix of drama and documentary to demonstrate the simplicity of the new Code and ultimately to help increase confidence in local democracy.

SBE Head of Communications, Tim Bogan said, "Jacaranda very quickly understood what we needed and set about delivering it. We deal with some very complex issues of law and government regulations but their scriptwriter and producer successfully made sense of what we needed to say."

Jacaranda's original training film was featured in leading industry monthly magazine 'Training and Coaching Today' and received the highest possible marks - 100% rating - in terms of relevance and interactivity.
