Developed in-house and over many years our Media Library system is a sophisticated, highly configurable yet simple to use application that can be accessed via your intranet or the public web. Password security protects confidential items whilst enabling specified assets to be available on-line to chosen third parties such as PR agencies and video production companies. Similar security also controls who is able to contribute and upload the assets to the system.

The latest Corporate Responsibility film for Rio Tinto (to view visit the showreel on this web site) was made entirely from footage we shot over the last two years. The Rio Tinto Media Library enabled Jacaranda's production team to research, view and identify the footage required to tell the story. The system assured the highest production standards but with a significantly reduced production schedule. The Rio Tinto system also stores all of their digital still image library, now accessible online to their communications teams globally.

(here all the information about the asset is shown, who owns it, creation date, where the masters are held etc.. The asset can then be downloaded or masters ordered accordingly by clicking "download")
