Jacaranda has won two more awards for responsible communication at this year's Clarion Awards. This is the fifth consecutive year that Jacaranda has won - the only company to have done so every year since the awards began.

This is also the first time that a company has won more than one award in a single year and the first time that a single project - 'Shared Vision' for Rio Tinto - has won in consecutive years.

The challenge of communicating a consistent message to thousands of employees, some of them in extremely remote locations, has been met by this multi-award winning quarterly interactive programme.

The programme is produced in seven language versions and distributed online and via interactive DVD to Rio Tinto's 36,000 employees worldwide.

Shared Vision is now in its fifth year and has now collected a total of nine international creative awards in the UK, USA and Australia.

The O2 Community Awards

The O2 Community Awards are a way to recognise and celebrate the contributions that O2 staff have made within their local and global communities.

The 2006 Ceremony was held at BAFTA in Central London and presented by 02 Chairman and Chief Executive Peter Erskine.

Jacaranda's events division managed and produced the entire ceremony, as well as recording the event for online distribution the next day.

Jacaranda is already working on this year's event, which will take place in October 2007 at the O2 stadium.

Gus Colquhoun of Jacaranda dedicated this year's awards to the memory of Anita Roddick, co-founder of Jacaranda, friend and mentor.

The Clarion Awards The Awards celebrate the finest examples of responsible communication across all media platforms.

This year's ceremony took place at the BFI Southbank in front of an audience of leading figures from business, government and the arts.
