photo of O2 Community AwardsWith clients continuing to draw upon Jacaranda's decade of events expertise, the final quarter of 2007 saw the creation and completion of several major projects including a high profile employee awards ceremony for O2, a City Analysts' briefing for KESA Electricals, and a series of Senior Management briefings for one of the world's largest financial institutions.

Whilst the O2 Global Community Awards presented an opportunity for Jacaranda to produce and manage every aspect of the event from the production of 16 winner's films to the presentation of the prestigious Awards at the recently renovated O2 venue, they also advised O2 on the complex technical strategy for this new venue, delivering on brand and to budget.

Having produced all stakeholder events for pan-European electrical group KESA Electricals since its de-merger from Kingfisher in 2003, the most recent Analysts' briefing in October 2007 was uncomplicated for the Jacaranda team, as they anticipated the whole event with rigorous schedules and highly specific technical deliverables.

Director of Communications, Annabel Donaldson, KESA Electricals, commented: "Jacaranda have been our agency of choice for many years and run our stakeholder events with a magical combination of creativity and know how. It was for global financial services provider Rabobank that Jacaranda commanded a challenging timeline staggered across several days whilst organising 150 senior executives from the Netherlands to attend a high profile presentation in the City of London. Jacaranda not only produced a high impact film as a conference opener but also managed the logistics and operations of the whole event including the delivery of the presentations and the technical strategy on the day.
