A new government department asks Jacaranda to produce a conference opener for Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (HMRC). HMRC was formed as a new government dept in April 2005 - taking over the remit of the former Inland Revenue and HM Customs & Excise and are seeking to engage more effectively with their key stakeholders. The short film required filming in and around London but also makes extensive use of library footage and graphics to deliver key messages about this new department.
